"Las" 187mm uillinneacha gyuto
I decided to go a different direction than originally planned with this drop's branch series. The organic nature of the texture called me to do something more raw and elemental with the handles. All these uillinneachas have aggresive tapers with chunky pinch points and super fine tips. Thinner profile wa-inspired handles with half rokkaku hanmaru front / octagonal rear and a subtle coffin swell. Super light and still blade forward. Nimble and poised.
