"Bádóir" 195mm b'bunka
"Bádóir" 195/89mm b'bunka
A quite well-fed bunka, a b'bunka if you will. The steel is triple forge-welded, mosaic in a san-mai configuration. ApexUltra core and subtle horizontally tiled mosaic wave pattern, conjures the rapids of the styx in my imagination. The bolster is a zirconium faceted coin for the boatman. The spine is thick and comfortable to grab, but the blade from the grind line down is thinned substatially, to create a very light knife and super fine edge geometry. This will fall through the poor souls of thine carrots and onions.
